		<description>I agree that the jump manual is the premier training program for all athletes who want to increase their vertical leap in this day and age. Please just keep in mind that avoiding injury should be your primary concern when conducting any kind of jump training... even a minor injury can set you back for weeks if not months. Good luck and please dedicate yourself to your training efforts, and you WILL get impressive results.</description>
