Look what came in the mail yesterday! We ordered two of these herbal comfort pillows which smell awesome. You just toss one in the microwave for a minute or two and you have a warm, cozy, heavenly-smelling pillow. They’re perfect for sore muscles or to use on chilly night. Skip the comfort food and grab one of these instead. It’s a good present for Mom, too!

Relaxation: Use warm or chilled, let the aroma take you away.

Headaches: Use cold for migraines and warm for sinus or tension

Encouraging your preteen or tweenager to watch less TV? Try giving him this list of ideas to get him off the couch. Anytime you hear the “B” word (bored), remind him how fun life can be when you live it yourself instead of watching it on television.

Write a letter to a friend. Yes, the snail mail type.
