SHIPPING: Did you know we have a shipping calculator? You can put items in your cart and add your zip code or postal code and get an accurate shipping cost. Click on Estimate Shipping once you've put the items in your cart. It's on the bottom left.
Our policy is to ship within three business days, however we make every effort to ship all orders within one business day. Delivery times may vary based on mail volume and destination. Please check that your shipping address is current and correct; we are not responsible for packages that are lost or late due to inaccuracies. Most orders take about a week.
UPS Ground: If you would like to see how long UPS Ground takes, you can enter our zip code 06033 here: UPS Transit Map. UPS picks up at our place at 3:30 EST.
If you need your products by a specific date please email us or call to be sure we can accommodate you.
Orders may be shipped via either USPS or UPS. We can do overnight shipping but the cost is usually prohibitive.
Orders outside of United States - International First Class Mail is the most inexpensive option but note that packages are NOT TRACKABLE. Packages over 4 pounds will go via Priority Mail. You are responsible for all taxes and customs charges. If you refuse to accept your package because of customs charges, you are still responsible for the shipping costs incurred. For an estimation of customs fees and charges, you can check here: http://www.thefinalcost.com/
RETURNS: We do accept returns in mint condition and in original packaging if applicable. You are responsible for paying return shipping, unless it is our error and we will cover our mistake. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
International Orders: First-Class Mail International does not provide tracking information. A Customs Label number is typically not scanned for tracking purposes outside the US. We regret that we are unable to tell you where the item is or the exact date it will be delivered. While the US Postal Service captures scans for L-series labels at acceptance in the US, foreign posts are not obligated to scan these items. Therefore, the PS Form 2976 customs form labels are not trackable internationally, per the Universal Postal Union (UPU). As a result, we can not provide tracking information for these items beyond the US and we do not advertise items that use this label as a trackable service offering.
